No-Bake Chocolate Eclair Dessert


The Ingredients;
Filling:
  • 2 (3.5 oz.) boxes vanilla instant pudding
  • Graham crackers
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Topping:
  • 1 stick (1/2 c.) butter (or margarine
  • 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
Steps for preparation;

For the filling:
  1. Combine pudding mix and milk; beat. After that,  Stir in Cool Whip.
  2. In the bottom of a 9x13" dish, Place a layer of graham crackers . After that, Spread 1/2 of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  3.  Repeat with another layer of graham crackers and pudding; then top with a last layer of graham crackers.

For the topping:
  1.  Bring  sugar , cocoa, milk  to a full rolling boil; boil about 1 minute, stirring very frequently. After that, Remove from heat and cool one minute. 
  2. Add vanilla & butter ; stir until butter is melted.
  3.  Pour chocolate topping over the top layer of graham crackers.
  4. Finally, Refrigerate over night.

Best Chocolate Brownie Recipe





The Ingredients:
Makes 12  
  • 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1-1/2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons and 3/4 teaspoon butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons and 3/4 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2-1/4 teaspoons honey
  • 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar

Steps for preparation :
  1. Before starting,  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Grease and flour an 8 inch square pan.
  3. Melt 1/2 cup butter  In a large saucepan. Remove from heat, and stir in  1 teaspoon vanilla , sugar, and eggs. Beatss in 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread batter into prepared pan.
  4.  Bake in preheated oven for 25- 30 minutes.but pay attention to  Do not overcook.
  5.  To Make Frosting: Combine 3 tablespoons butter,  1 tablespoon honey, 3 tablespoons cocoa, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 cup confectioners' sugar. Frost brownies while they are still warm.

eclair cake



The ingredients :
  • 2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  •  3 cups milk
  •  1 (16 ounce) package graham cracker squares
  •  1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  •  1 (16 ounce) package prepared chocolate frosting

Steps for preaparation:
  1. In a medium bowl, thoroughly blend , whipped topping,the pudding mix and milk.
  2.  In the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan , arrange a single layer of graham cracker squares.  spread Evenly half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
  3.  Top with another layer of crackers and the left  pudding mixture. After that, Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  4. Spread the frosting over the whole cake up to the edges of the pan. 
  5. Before serving Cover, and chill  4 hours at least.




                            lamington recipe



                            The ingredients :
                            Cake
                            • 1/2 cup butter
                            • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
                            • 3 eggs
                            • pinch salt
                            • 3/4 cup caster suger
                            • 1/2 cup milk
                            • 1 1/2 cup self raising flour
                            Icing
                            • 2 cups icing sugar
                            • 1/3 cup cocoa
                            • 1 teaspoon vanilla
                            • 1 big tablespoon butter
                            • Hot water to make a very runny icing
                            • 3 cups coconut
                            Steps for preaparation:


                              1. Cake : cream suganr & butter ,then beat in  vanilla & eggs
                              2. gradually mix in flour and milk, pour into lamington tin (rectangle) bake for 30 minutes. in moderate oven 
                              3. Icing: mix all ingredients with hot water to thin runny icing.
                              4. Finally, cut cake into square, coat well in watery icing and then cover with coconut.this bit is a bit fiddly I use a fork.
                              5. you can freeze it if you want 
                              6. Then enjoy

                                                                                            chocolate twinkie cake





                                                                                            The ingredients :
                                                                                            TWINKIE CAKE:

                                                                                            • 1 box cake mix
                                                                                            • 1 can frosting

                                                                                            filling: 

                                                                                            • 5 tablespoons flour
                                                                                            • 1 teaspoon vanilla
                                                                                            • 1 cup milk
                                                                                            • 1/4 tsp salt
                                                                                            • 1 cup granulated sugar
                                                                                            • 1/2 cup margarine
                                                                                            • 1/2 cup shortening
                                                                                            • 1/2 tsp salt

                                                                                            Steps for preaparation:


                                                                                              1. bake cake according to package directions.  
                                                                                              2. turn cake out of pan onto a large plate or platter when cake is completely cooled .  put the cake in the freezer for a couple minutes   if the cake is really moist, 
                                                                                              3. Using a a large knife or cake leveler, cut the thickness of the cake in half.  using a second plate, remove the top of the cake and set aside.  flip the bottom half of the cake back into the cake pan.  for this part,  if you want , you can make the cake all fancy and do multiple layers .  
                                                                                              4. In a medium saucepan cook 1/4 tsp salt,  5 T flour, 1 c milk,  until thick. like a thin gravy. 
                                                                                              5. After that,  Remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla. Let cool completely. I usually put it in the refrigerator to cool while I do the next step.

                                                                                              6. In a medium bowl, cream together 1/2 c crisco, 1/2 c margarine,  1 c granulated sugar and 1/2 tsp salt.

                                                                                              7. When the "gravy" is cooled completely, add it to the bowl of creamed ingredients and beat for 10 minutes. It should be fluffy and the consistency of twinkie filling.
                                                                                              8.  It would be enough to have a 1/2 inch of filling in a 9x13 cake. because  this recipe makes around 2 cups of fluff.
                                                                                              9. spread the cream filling on the bottom cake layer, leave 1/4 inch of space around the outside of the cake.  the cream will spread out when the top layer is put back on.
                                                                                              10. carefully flip the top layer back onto the cake.  frost as you normally would.  if you are going to do a cake with multiple layers,put the cake in the freezer so the twinkie filling sets up and doesn't mix with the frosting if it squeezes out of the sides.
                                                                                              11. serve & enjoy  










                                                                                                                                                                                              one minute chocolate cake


                                                                                                                                                                                              The ingredients :
                                                                                                                                                                                              • 1 tablespoon plus 2 tsp cocoa powder
                                                                                                                                                                                              • 1/8 tsp salt
                                                                                                                                                                                              • 2 tsp sugar or evaporated cane juice 
                                                                                                                                                                                              • 3 tablespoons spelt flour
                                                                                                                                                                                              • 1 stevia packet (or 1 tablespoon more sugar)
                                                                                                                                                                                              • 3 tablespoons milk of choice 
                                                                                                                                                                                              • 2-3 tsp coconut oil or vegetable oil
                                                                                                                                                                                              • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

                                                                                                                                                                                              Steps for preaparation:

Firstly, Combine dry ingredients and mix  advantageously. Add liquid, stir, then transfer to a little dish, ramekin, or even a coffee mug. Either  cook  for about 14 minutes  in a 350F oven OR microwave 30-40 seconds  .
                                                                                                                                                                                                2.  be sure to spray your dish first (and then wait for it to cool before trying to remove it; that's if   I you don’t want to eat it straight out of the dish,
